When you register on KreatorHub, we collect basic account details including your name, email, and authentication credentials. When configuring your store, we store the content you provide such as store handle, bio, product descriptions, catalog images, contact numbers, and payment details.
2. Visitor & Customer Inquiries
When prospective buyers place orders or submit inquiries through a creator’s storefront or contact forms, the contact details and notes provided are routed exclusively to the intended creator to facilitate order fulfillment. We never sell or broker customer information.
3. Security & Cloud Architecture
All account data and uploaded media are encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise Google Cloud infrastructure with role-based security rules enforcing strict isolation between creator accounts.
4. Your Ownership & Rights
You retain full ownership of your catalog, media, and customer lists. You may edit, update, or permanently delete your store content at any time directly through the Creator Dashboard or by contacting support.
