1. Use of the Service
By registering on or accessing KreatorHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. KreatorHub provides software tools enabling creators and entrepreneurs to publish storefronts, list products or services, and conduct direct commerce with end consumers.
2. Acceptable Content & Products
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that all listed products, images, and services comply with applicable Indian laws. Prohibited goods include counterfeit items, unlawful digital reproductions, or fraudulent activities. Violating accounts are subject to immediate suspension.
3. Direct UPI Payments & Zero Fees
KreatorHub does not take a percentage fee on transactions between creators and their buyers. Buyers pay creators directly via the creator’s own UPI credentials. Creators are responsible for fulfilling their orders and issuing buyer receipts.
4. Creator Pro Subscription
The Creator Pro Plan (₹499/month) unlocks unlimited catalog products, removal of platform branding, and premium capabilities. Subscriptions paid via official UPI are validated through bank UTR verification and granted for 30 consecutive calendar days.
5. Jurisdiction & Support
